Est. 2019 — A circle, not a counter
The idea
Dayre began as a question: what if the place you take your first coffee was also the place you close the deal, host the dinner, and stay long after the lights drop?
We built one address for the whole arc of a day — a roastery counter at dawn, sealed rooms by noon, a candlelit table at eight, and a hall that can hold three hundred by midnight. Nothing is bolted on. Every room answers to the same material language: black stone, walnut, brass and light kept deliberately low.

Roasted in-house, poured with intent.
Introductions made quietly, by the house.
Rooms that hold a decision.
Production without visible machinery.
A menu written at dusk.
A floor that stays open at 2am.
Spaces
Select a room to step inside. Each one is designed for a different hour of the day — and a different kind of conversation.
The floor plan

A slow-brew counter carved from black marble. Single-origin lots roasted weekly in-house, poured by baristas who remember your order and your name.
